Milan is also a major site of conventions and exhibitions, the largest being the Fiera Milano Rho in the suburb of Rho. Hotel prices swell during the Salone del Mobile (Furniture Fair) in mid-April. A sister exhibition hall, Fiera Milano City, is within Milan (Portello district), next to the Allianz MiCo convention center, and hosts fashion weeks and smaller expos.
